The Journey Begins with You…
The Patrons Association at the School of Theatre at Florida State is very pleased to showcase the stars of tomorrow for you today. The Music Theatre and Acting programs at Florida State are providing a sneak preview of our incredibly talented students before they are sent to perform for industry professionals in New York City and Los Angeles. The fundraiser includes dinner and silent auction in Dodd Hall at 6:00 pm, followed by the showcase performance in the Studio Theatre at 7:30 pm, concluding with a champagne toast with the performers following the show. Don’t miss your opportunity to toast a final “Break a Leg ” to the next film and Broadway stars!
The fundraiser will be held on Thursday, April 24, 2008.
The ticket price of $50 includes dinner, show, toast and silent auction, with a $25 tax-deductible donation to the Senior Showcase.
Tickets can be purchased by calling 850.644.6500 or by visiting the Fine Arts Ticket Office located in the Fine Arts Building on the corner of Copeland and Call.
The fundraiser assists with the costs of showcasing our graduating performance students in New York City and Los Angeles. The NYC and LA performances allows our graduates to be seen by the top directors, producers, and agents in these great cities.
